Originally owned by T.C. Power & Bros., of Fort Benton, Mont., J.W. Knight
of Fort Shaw, John C. Barr, St. Louis, and Capt.James McGarry,
master.

On first trip loaded at Pittsburgh direct for Fort Benton, arriving
there May 14, 1878 with 235 tons of freight and 56 passengers.

In 10 years she made over 50 trips to Montana points under many masters
associated with the Power Line.

In 1884 she was the first spring arrival at the fort, coming in a week
ahead of others.

May 6. Sold 1887 to A.S. Bryan and others, Washington, Mo..
Snagged that year at Lower Bonhomme Island, Mo., raised.

Final snagging was at Bonhomme Island, Oct. 23, 1891, Ed Anderson the
pilot on watch.

Last master was Capt. Geary W. Murray.
